Annabel was great - we were in weekly contact, updates were clear and friendly, she even helped chasing solicitors on a few occasions to keep things moving. I would 100% recommend working with them and if we ever sell our house I would happily choose them over any other estate agents in the area!

I appointed Nash to sell my property after a poor experience with another agent. The approach and service was so refreshing and a great balance of personal and professional. I ended up with two offers on the same day. The original dream home I had hoped to secure for myself, through a different agent, did not work out, so Nash gave me an early viewing of a property they had just photographed, and that was it! So double whammy with Nash, and top score for service. I could not fault Sarah, Annabel and the team for the way they looked after me with direction, honesty, advice and support from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Nash to anyone buying or selling. Leagues above the rest, no competition! Thank you!

We were really impressed with the team at Nash. They are completely different to the old style of agents. So easy to deal with, honest and approachable. They are so professional and always available to talk things through and give great advice. Not only does Daniel run an excellent business he also takes the most beautiful photos of the property. Tracey was just an absolute pleasure to deal with and the whole team make a sometimes stressful time much more bearable. They also have other contacts such as solicitors who we found to be excellent.We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. 10/10 all round.

I spent 18 months looking for a suitable property to buy. With the help of Tracey and her friendly, professional team, I have finally exchanged on a property in Berkhamsted. Tracey ensured that I was kept informed throughout the process, engaged the solicitors and acted as the go-between when things needed to be agreed between the vendor and me. She was able to communicate my needs to the vendor in a way that kept the purchase on track. I was not the most straightforward of clients as I set up a Ltd company half way through the purchase - but felt completely supported throughout. The vendor was kept informed and was prepared to accept the slight delay due to Tracey's presentation of my position. I was shown around the property at times to suit me and the surveyor's visit to the property and garage were put in place by Nash too. Excellent experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Nash Partnership in Tring. To begin, James went out of his way to fit us in for a viewing as we were desperate to see the property. He was the first estate agent we met who had a good level of knowledge about the property, area and circumstances of sale. We had viewed properties with other agencies who simply came to viewings ill prepared. He also kindly accommodated a second viewing so we could gain a second opinion. Henne was an absolute godsend. Great communication and very understanding. I wish I could have paid half our solicitor’s fee to her as she did most of the legwork in pushing the sale along and chasing the sellers solicitor, and ours, when we had a breakdown in communication. Both of them responded quickly to emails and I just felt they were warm and personable. Thank you both so much for all your help. To update on this review, we returned to Nash Partnership to sell our property following our positive experience with our purchase. Once again they were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Sarah kept us in the loop every step of the way and was vital in pushing the sale through and keeping lines of communication open.
