I just wanted to give a shoutout to Pippy Proger, the real estate agent who helped us buy our new apartment. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! One thing that really stood out to me was how prompt she was - every time we had a question or concern, she was right there to help us out.And the process itself was incredibly smooth. This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry Fitz. I really regret choosing them. We did had some bad luck. The agent had an illness mid way the sale and then another agent had to sell it who'd no interest as, our property was small. But also, their process is to only do viewings twice a week. If people couldn't make those viewings they wouldn't show them the house. It definitely didn't show the house to all those who might have been interested. The second agent didn't follow up with several people who'd shown interest, despite me asking if she did. Over all, there far better agents in Galway who are flexible and will do more work to show your house. Before you sell, contact a few agents as if you are buying and see how easy the make it to view a house etc. Wish I'd done that.

My first dealings with Catherine was months ago when she returned my call about a property for sale. Catherine was honest and to the point concerning all dealings and although that particular property didn't work out I was assured that the right one would turn up, and it did. Catherine was available to take a call or returned a what's app message promptly. I was always made aware of what was happening and expected timelines which gave a welcomed security to the unknown day to day unraveling of the sale. I was successful in my purchase and subsequently chose Catherine to sell my own property because she is a professional genuine person that understands the importance and impact of her dealings in a very big decision for most people. Everybody I dealt with in Sherry Fitgerald Trim office were helpful and a pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend them.

The features and benefits of each product were super well laid out so it was easy to see which lender, rate and insurance were the best for me to go with. I rented a house with my ex girlfriend, unfortunately we broke up. She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.

Recently got a mortgage and Nora was a great support to me. She was swift in responding to emails, text messages and phone calls whenever I contacted her with regards to the sale process. Sometimes made phone calls on my behalf to significant others or directed me on who to call in the bid expedite the process. She was so friendly and always ready to help even when she was on holidays. Will recommend Serry Fitzgerald McDermott company to anyone interested in buying their own home any day.
