GoogleI dealt with Matthew for the rental of our house in Tredegar and found him to be an excellent manager of said house. Nothing was ever too much trouble and after 4 years of hassle free tenants, we decided to sell. Again Matthew was first class, 7 weeks to STC and 7 weeks to completion. My wife & I would have no concerns & would wholeheartedly recommend using Matthew to rent or sell our future homes.

GoogleI am a property developer and have been using First4Rentals since 2008 to look after all our rental portfolio and also deal with the sale of our properties. I have found Matthew and his staff to be highly professional and always go well beyond what’s expected of them. Regardless of the distances involved or if something needs attention outside normal working hours it never seems to be a problem! Matthew and his team are very knowledgeable and excellent to deal with so with their help over the years our business has been improved and always run smoothly with any problems being resolved professionally, quickly and hassle free. First4Rentals is a great local agent with the personal service you rarely get from other agents I could mention and I would recommend their service to anyone!
