Jenny & Greg were both so professional and helpful in supporting my partner and I purchase our very first home! Everything was dealt with in a professional and timely manner and they were both able to give us helpful information where needed and liaise with other parties to support with our purchase going through smoothly. Our first contact with Greg and Jenny was back in May when they helped us to buy a bungalow that we had been looking for for five years. Compared to other agents we had been in contact with they were a breath of fresh air. Very friendly and personal service and always ready to help. We came to Greg Roberts as buyers, and the service was faultless from start to finish. Kind, consideration and understanding and when compared to agents we were using to sell a property involved in the chain, the service from Greg Roberts & Co was second to none. Jenny was wonderful, so helpful, informative and always quick to reply and respond to any questions we had. Greg was also on hand whenever we messaged and called and give us advice when things started to fall apart in our chain. So this is my second review, as Dan had me remove the first review. Dan was very nice at first offered to have us come over from BRISTOL to view a property and confirmed only to not actually show up!! Instead of actually bothering to even apologise he said it was computer error so not really his fault and yes did state he was sorry but to remove the review- I did. I hoped things would be solved. He had me sign up to checkmyfile which is a subscription service and promised to hold the home for me, only to never actually bother with us again!! I emailed, I called and no response. So now I'm sorry, sorry I wasted my time, lost out on pay and frankly petrol too. What an absolute nightmare of a company!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
