Griffin Auctioneers Tramore reviews

We sold our old house and bought our new house through Griffin auctioneers. Michael Griffin, and his team, were exceptional throughout the whole process. Michael was very professional and was always available to answer any of our questions. I don’t think we would have had such a positive experience, in purchasing our new home, if we were not dealing with Michael Griffin. I would highly recommend Griffin auctioneers if you’re buying, or selling, a property, Bernard and Tina.

I recently bought a house in Tramore through Griffin Auctioneers and it went really smoothly. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive to any of my questions, efficient and friendly. What more could I ask for? I loved the virtual tour of the house as I could not visit myself in person so I could really see the house in great detail. My brother and sister in law visited for a viewing in my absence and we agreed it was the perfect house for me. I have now been in my new home since August and it has exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend Griffin's to anyone thinking of buying or selling their house.

From day 1 of the first valuation, we found them an absolute pleasure to deal with, and they always kept us informed of any viewings, offers etc immediately and never rushed us or put us any pressure. We appreciated this so much as house selling is never easy! Thanks again to Michael and team. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Many thanks to Michael and the team @Griffin Auctioneers for all the help and guidance in getting my new home over the line. I had to navigate the ups and downs of purchasing a home that was in the process of probate and in need of extensive renovation. The process could have been a lot more stressful but for the help, patience and advise received by Michael and the team @Griffin Auctioneers. I now have my own home in Tramore. I thank you all and wish you much success in the future.
