GoogleWe used Abi on a recent property sale and she was fantastic from start to finish. Professional, responsive and knowledgeable of the area. She took much of the stress out of the sale process, chased solicitors/buyers to ensure everything was moving and always kept us updated. Would not hesitate to recommend Abi, best decision we made in our sale process was to use her as our estate agent.

GoogleAbi was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and updates were regular. I would highly recommend the services of Abi, who took all the stresses off and helped deal with solicitors and onwards chain estate agents. There are too many good things to say about Abi and nothing negative. If you are wanting to sell or purchase a property, you won't have any issues with Abi in your corner. Highly recommend.

GoogleAbi was an absolute star at helping us get our house sold at what was a very difficult time for us. She had viewed the house a year prior when we had first thought of selling it and was not pushy or overbearing as many other agents were when we decided to leave it for a while. When we did decide to sell she was amazing, very thorough, informative, helpful and accomodating to us in ways that again other agents were not. She managed to arrange all the viewings and hold them around our schedule and we had multiple offers within the next working day. The first sale ultimately fell through as the buyer's chain collapsed with the whole Liz Truss disaster 😅 But she straight away had it relisted and sold within only a few days. It was absolutely amazing. She was fantastic at chasing up solicitors and the buyer(s) and kept us posted every step of the way. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent and fed up with the low quality service of the bigger agencies!

Abi is truthful about getting the best money for the true value of the housing market. Abi became not only my estate agent but a friend. If you use Abi you will not regret it. GoogleWe have just sold a house with Thompson's and from our very first meeting to completion Abi could not have been any more helpful, professional and generally brilliant. We spoke with a few different estate agents and once we met Abi there was only one choice. Her local knowledge is second to none meaning the property was listed at the correct price, she posted on social media to increase interest, handled all the viewings and provided any feedback immediately. Abi was always contactable and acted as a conduit between us and the purchasers throughout to ensure that the sale progressed quickly. In the age of internet based estate agents her personal touch was invaluable and we cannot speak more highly of Thompson's. Thanks Abi, you're a superstar!

GoogleWhat can I say! I first chose Thompson's after 3 different estate agents came to value my property in the beginning of the sales process. Abi stood out by a country mile! Thompson's were so much more advanced than the other estate agents who seemed to be very traditional in their ways and processes. Abi has clearly adapted to modern times/technology and it show's in her marketing strategies/photographs/social media and general processes and approach to customer service. Then the sales process began - Abi went above and beyond; not only is she very professional but she's extremely personable and just an all-round lovely human to deal with. She has great knowledge of the industry & local area. Any questions I had were answered in a more than timely manner. Abi put so much care & attention in to the sale and my property that I felt completely at ease. I cannot recommend Thompson's enough - an absolute pleasure to deal with! Above & beyond & beyond some more!!! You're bloody brilliant, Abi!

My daughter used this estate agents when she moved and when we had also decided to move we contacted Abi and her team to come and see our house and to offer us a valuation. Abi is really knowledgeable and available I asked her lots of questions sometimes by text and she always answered me- it felt personal. This is an independently owned business and it feels that you get time spent on you. I have had the misfortune since to encounter other larger scales agents and frankly they have been rude and not a patch on the service I have had with Thompson's- its very reasonably priced too. We sold our house within four days! Abi was on hand at each viewing and gave them viewer her time. I would 100% recommend this business

GoogleI cannot recommend Abigail Thompson highly enough. We entrusted the sale of our late mother’s house in Timperley too her, and nothing was too much trouble. We live hundreds of miles away and Abigail was happy to act as keyholder and arrange all those things which are difficult to manage remotely: finding someone to clear the attic, booking skips, selling and donating some items locally, taking meter readings, etc., as well as finding lots of prospective purchasers and managing the sale very successfully.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI feel really lucky that I found a property that Abi was selling as she's been amazing. From the start her email updates that certain properties of interest had come on the market meant you got to see it before it was gone. On meeting Abi at the property she was so informative and positive I made an offer there an then. She kept in touch regularly via WhatsApp which kept me in the loop and she chased up the solicitors for me when I couldn;t get through. We completed in 3 months which was excellent considering all the covid restrictions. GoogleAny one looking for an estate agent, this is the one for you! Abi has been excellent from start to finish. In our first meeting, she came to the house and talked us through everything and advised us on our best options. She was so knowledgeable and made us feel at ease straight away. Abi dealt with everything from taking pictures, dealing with potential buyers and viewing. We put the house on at the top price and Abi was able to get the price we wanted. She is not afraid to have difficult conversations with potential buyers and was so quick and efficient in selling the property. It sold within a week of being on the market. From then on Abi was on hand to answer any questions about the process, chase up the buyers and even the solicitors. The service was so personal and Abi is such a super star. I had so many questions about the process as I had never sold a property before and her experience, skill and knowledge allowed me to feel like I was in control through out the whole process. Abi was available on text at all times and I was grateful for the service she gave. Moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful things people can do, and at no part of the process was I stressed out. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Like I said... If you are looking for an Estate agent, look no further! You will not regret the service, professionalism and knowledge Thompson's Estate Agent's give.

GoogleI had been trying to sell my house for some time before changing to Thompson's Estate Agents. As soon as I changed i received much more interest in my house and lots more viewings. Due to Abi's hard work and dedication i recieved a number of offers. Unfortunately one of them which i accepted fell through after several months of progress. This was due to the buyer pulling out due to their own circumstances changing. I did however received another offer soon afterwards and this buyer completed in record time and I have now sold my house. If it wasn't for Abi's happy, sincere, positive attitude i think I would still be trying to sell my house now! As they have now sold my mums house and my house, I couldn't recommend this Estate Agents highly enough.
