Made an absolute shambles of our mortgage application, as a result i ended up blacklisted, received a full refund but that's of little help as i now can't move or remortgage.The incompetence of all their staff is on a whole new level, school children would have more clue!

Nothing will get fixed, chasing jobs for over a year such as broken toilet seals, toxic water, broken doors, garage roof collapsing. Appears from other reviews similar issues, with regards for call backs and failure to contact the landlord on getting repairs done.

The actual sale of the property was straight forward and they were paid promptly however trying to get my promised cashback was like getting blood from a stone.Had to go to their office and refuse to leave untill it was sorted in order to get resolution.

Rented a bungalow in January 2016...Nothing but problems from the get go. Issues with damp in the house constantly enquired about, builder even recommended certain repairs that were never done. Deposit protection certificate never provided. Speaking to several different people that completely fail to communicate! Absolutely ridiculous.

Avoid the Rawtenstall Branch like the plague. Both Sales and Lettings staff are incompetent liars. The stress and losses we have incurred are off the charts. Would be minus stars if that was an option.
