GoogleI rent a flat with my friend via City Comfort. In these nearly 5 months, City Comfort has always effectively answered my questions. Specifically thanks to Patrick, no matter in the morning or on the weekend, he kept following up on the maintenance, solved our electricity issue quickly.

GoogleMy experience with City Comfort Luxury Apartments has been terrible. When we first signed the contract, the staff were very polite and “buttering us up,” but once we moved in, the service completely changed. It has now been over a month and a half and our lift is still not working. We live on the 5th floor, and this has made daily life extremely difficult. On top of that, we had a technical issue that left us without electricity for four days. We had to buy food from restaurants and even take showers at friends’ houses because we couldn’t use our own flat. We emailed and called several times asking for support or even basic compensation, and they completely ignored us. No replies, no solutions, no responsibility taken. They call themselves “luxury,” but the service we received has been the opposite. I strongly recommend not renting from this company unless you want stress, inconvenience, and zero communication.

GoogleArranged a viewing for a property to purchase, the estate agent never arrived or gave any communication. I tried calling the office but no response. I followed up later on to reschedule the viewing but no response. I have now found out the property is no longer listed. Total waste of time

GoogleAVOID !!! , if you can’t give this company details withing an hour after paying the holding fee they offer it to someone else , disgusting customer treatment. Poor service . Will report to trading standards

GoogleDon't trust them. They'll let you down. They tried to rent us a house they weren't authorised to rent. They are not professional. They publish adverts on the openrent website without paying a fee.

GoogleInsincere, rude and poor communication. Promised us a reservation on a property but offered it to someone else immediately after without communicating this to us. The estate agent patronised me over my wage, lied to us repeatedly and wasted our time. Find another company you can trust!

Facebook在完成半年租期後，完整體驗，我來英國前兩星內找到他們幫我租到屋，一到步就有同事到機場接我哋去租住單位驗收，之後一有問題佢哋會即時處理，讓我安心，完租約後完整退按金。令我安心完成半年租約。極力推薦這公司。如果大家想隔山租屋，不坊找找他們查詢。
