I bought a flat in Woolwich. The main reason for buying the flat was the park view from the window. However, estate agent did not say anything about that the park is temporary and that tall residential buildings will be built in its place, although this has certainly been known for a long time. Of course, I understand that I should have found out about the matter myself, but I would have expected that such an important matter could have been mentioned. So soon I have the flat next to a construction site and at the same time I'll loose the wonderful park scenery, which is why I bought the flat. Worst flat purchase ever!

GoogleI've worked with dozens of real estate agencies in London, and none would come close to the professionalism from Vanquish. I had nothing but a pleasure working with Mr Diya. He constantly goes out of his way to assist and help make sure the entire experience dealing with Vanquish and all of their partners as smooth as possible. Five stars is not enough. GoogleI don't know how they conduct their business, but dealing with the public and speaking to woman in general is horrible. The man had a point to make (he wasn't wrong in what he was saying, I admit) but his mannerism and his obnoxious loud …
