GoogleDavid and the team were exceptional from day one. David showed us round a 3-bed in East London we fell in love with. We offered on, and with his support he helped us close the deal and get it accepted. As it often can be, the house process was challenging with weekly issues cropping up from both ours & the vendors end, but David was never more than a phone call or WhatsApp away. He constantly checked in on us throughout and made sure any issues he could unblock, he did - jumping on the phone immediately to always help out. He went above and beyond to make sure the house buying went as smoothly as humanly possible (and similar to that, without him it would have most certainly fallen apart!). GoogleThese guys were all so lovely with us! Some friends and I had our first house viewing and they were super helpful and explained things so well to us! We also fell in love with the house Milly showed us but sadly we didn’t end up securing it due to money issues, however the team at Trotters again were quick to help and made sure we had our deposit back!
