GoogleThe team at Tarn and Tarn are knowledgeable, hard-working, responsive, committed, and most importantly get the deal DONE! From start to finish, they worked closely with us to maximise the units rental potential, bring in good potential tenants, vet the tenants and we have now completed! Despite the long length of time that this took, they remained fully focused and committed to the property and made it happen. Thank you to Arthur, Luke and Gasper for their fantastic work!

GoogleI had a great experience with Tarn & Tarn and Ollie in particular. He was swift, professional and extremely helpful with any questions or extra viewings we needed of our unit. We were able to complete the deal for our new commercial unit in 6 weeks thanks to Ollie & the team. GoogleTarn and Tarn were recently introduced to me as I wasn't happy with my existing agency. Needless to say with the 5* review we recieved a brilliant tenant at over 50% increase on what my previous agent had recommended. Ollie was brilliant throughout, keeping us updated, nudging the solictors when required and even checking in after we signed contracts to ensure we were happy. I'd highly recommend!

However, on a recent let, when we experienced some challenges from the Freeholders, Oliver and Arthur really proved to be valuable team players. In addition to handling standard day to day matters, Oliver was proactive in keeping all the parties up to date with progress, he was always responsive and on hand to assist with any problematic issues. His can-do attitude and enthusiasm contributed to a successful outcome.

GoogleWe have been privileged enough receive professional care from Tarn & Tarn. Most of our dealings were with Gasper who took our through everything step by step. As this is our first property, he was able to break things down and assist every step of the way which is truly appreciate. This also avoided any sense of being overwhelmed. Communication and knowledge was great. No waiting long periods of time for an answer. They are on the ball. Highly recommended and thanks for the assistance.
