GoogleWorst experience I have ever had in my life. They have the worse customer service and people skills. When you have a problem there is no one you can ever speak to on the phone, everything is done via email. Their response is slow and they are very unhelpful and rude. Monika was our point of contact and was so useless. Why provide a service if you are not willing to help your customers. Wouldn't recommend to any one!

YellExtremely poor experience
Extremely poor experience with this property agent. I have been living with leaks inside the property we are renting for months. We have reported these promptly and they have not been fixed for months. When it rains outside, it basically rains inside. This has lead to furniture being damaged and certain rooms of the house having become inhabitable. Regent is satisfied when they feel they have checked the box and sent an engineer, but actually don’t follow up to make sure the issue is actually fixed. The slow follow up has also resulted in large bills for our landlord as issues that were small at first, have been left to damage entire regions of the house. I would not recommend this agency to either tenants or landlords.

GoogleOverall, it was a good experience! The agent was very efficient all the time and we only had to pay a reasonable, small amount of cleaning fee from our deposit after check-out. Compared to another company we had used before, this one was much better!

GoogleI dont recommend this estate agent. They are not explaining in details about terms and conditions of the contract. They charged a lot for contract renewal fees. Be careful with this. They are being rude when I try to negotiate with them about this. The house furnitures that come with the house are also in bad condition. Drawers are broken before I have the chance to use them. In terms of ripping money they are fast but whenever they are problems with the house it takes us weeks just to hear from them.

GoogleDuring recent communication with them regarding a tenant’s and landlord’s matters, I was really disappointed about their lack of customer care and professionalism. I’ll really sorry for a tenant and a landlord. A landlord’s paying for service charge’s but not getting what they paid for. There’s room for improvement and be humble and don’t be arragagent when you treat your customers!

GoogleAbsolutely shocking. Repeatedly reported issues with the flat, got no response. Very unresponsive to call, text or email. Culminated in a potentially serious injury when a shower screen I had repeatedly requested be fixed fell off whilst someone was showering. GoogleComical estate agent that doesn't reply to requests. The windows in my small flat would not open for over 2 months making the flat untenable and incredibly hot. Stay away at any cost.

GoogleAvoid like the plague. Took 6 months fighting with them just to get my deposit back. Also had to deal with calls from their contractors months after I left because they were too incompetent to change the contact details for the flat.
