I have used the Knight Frank team in Bath (Francesca Leighton Scott, assisted by Steve Dean and Phoebe and Florence) on the sale of my village cottage. It is my second time working with this team and the service has been every bit as good as previously, tailored for the different style of property and type of buyer. As previously, the essence of the property was well understood by Fran and Steve, brilliantly captured in photos and text, and conveyed successfully to the market. GoogleHappy to recommend Lee O'Neil at Knight Frank without hesitation after buying a flat with his considerable help. Lee clearly knows the market and the Wapping area extremely well but what stood out for us was Lee's activity - very busy but very accessible and constantly looking to push things forward and make the process as easy as possible for us and the sellers. When the deal hit a potential problem near the end Lee was calmness personified and wonderfully pro-active. Very professional and a pleasure to work with in getting our purchase over the line. GoogleIt was a pleasure to work with Kim Williamson and Knight Frank in the lead up to exchange on our property. Kim was very responsive and proactive on our behalf, diligently working to liaise between both the Seller's and our solicitors and always keeping us updated with what was going on. There were several complications that arose due to communication issues between the solicitors and delays on the part of the managing agents, resulting in a high level of stress for all parties involved. Kim conscientiously followed up with all of the parties and devised a work-around solution to ensure that we could exchange on time. Our overall experience with Knight Frank has been very positive and we would be happy to recommend both Kim and Knight Frank to our friends.

I am a tenant in one of Knight Frank’s Hampstead properties, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. For over a month, I have been living without a functional bathroom sink, a leaking shower that causes water to pour into the living room below, and a massive hole in the living/dining room ceiling.Despite numerous polite and professional attempts to contact Knight Frank, my concerns have been repeatedly ignored. These are uninhabitable living conditions, made even more unacceptable considering the substantial rent I pay for this property.This is not an isolated incident. Over the summer, Knight Frank left me with persistent leaks for over two months and the same unresolved hole in the ceiling for more than a month. Now, with the holiday season around the corner, there is no progress in sight. Hosting friends and family was one of the main reasons I chose this flat, but I have been unable to have anyone over for more than three months this year. I am now facing the prospect of spending Christmas alone, ashamed of the state of my home.Knight Frank has shown zero accountability. I have not been offered any compensation for this ongoing ordeal. When the water was completely turned off, they didn’t even provide temporary accommodation or alternatives. I was left to brush my teeth and wash up in café bathrooms, an utterly unacceptable situation for any tenant.This is a serious warning to anyone considering renting with Knight Frank. Their lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and basic human decency has turned what should be a comfortable home into a source of constant stress and frustration.Bianca Matei

We unfortunately experienced many delays with our sale process with various issues down the chain.But of huge importance is the fact that the property we were purchasing was being marketed by Knight Frank who were very supportive especially when one considers they were not our selling agents; but representing the sale of the property we planned to purchase. One lady in particular Fiona was remarkable who kept tabs with each and every movement and was giving updates regularly and being extra mindful of how delicate and stressful the situation had become. If you are looking to sell your property go with Knight Frank, customer service above and beyond!!
