GoogleThey literally won't rent me a property because I am a new business owner. I saw the property, put in an offer and sent my bank statements. They said the referencing company declined my application due to inconsistent funds going into the account, which is because it is a very new business and why I have a guarantor. They said the guarantor forms would take a week to come back and so they didn't see the point of submitting them as they had other people viewing the flat and it would be gone by then. There is nothing I could have done to secure renting a property because they aren't willing to submit guarantor papers. What it shows is it is a lazy company with no interest in local enterprise or the community, which can only be bothered to do the bare minimum for the minimum result. There are a lot of estate agents out there, don't risk working with this one.

GoogleI’m renting with them right now and they are being extremely unhelpful about an ex-tenant leaving a room in an inhabitable living situation for the new tenant and are refusing to help with the situation or to contact the ex tenant for her to pay for the cleaner out of her deposit (deposit was released without seeing the room).
