The most recent flat I gave them I was managing it myself and I wanted the Tenants out. They dealt with the whole eviction process and renovations once the Tenants had left as they caused a lot of damage to my property. My property had been let by them the same day of the property becoming vacant before the renovations had even started. Highly recommend them.
