YellDO NOT USE HAWK AND EAGLE to let your property or let a property via
DO NOT USE HAWK & EAGLE - Beware of this company! Just do not use them they are aggressive and rude if you complain to them. They do nothing when there are problems. If you are female they have zero respect. If youre from overseas they take your money and take advantage. The standard of property they let is very poor, anything breaks they tell tenant to fix it, pay for THEIR OWN DODGY old man to come in with a toolbox and break more things.

YellVery misleading causing much distress
1} they told us we would be able to view a flat so we took a day off work but when we arrived they told us that it had gone and we only had an option to view a more expensive flat in same building despite only arranging this the evening prior.2) We were told it would be 275 pounds a week so we made an offer of 265. They got back to us on the phone saying the landlord had rejected our offer but asked for 10 pounds more per month. So we assumed this would be 10 pounds per month on top of our offer and accepted. BUT when we received confirmation email which said it was 290 a week now. Apparently, they first of all MISCALCULATED the original asking price of 1250 per month which would have been around 288 per week not 275 and now told us to pay 10 pounds OVER the ORIGINAL asking price instead.3) made us sign and pay a misleading 'holding deposit' of 450 as the main title of page. The term should mean it is refundable but instead they used this as admin fees..

YellVery unprofessional
Very unprofessional. Carried out works to a property they manage in our development and left building material scattered loose in the shared car park for other residents to sort out. They would not acknowledge or return any communication. HawkandEagle E14 might Look like a good property management company but if you are a landlord you should also consider how they treat the neighbours of the property they manage for you.

YellRude, crass and wholly unprofessional!
I contacted Reema about a property recently. She was extremely abrupt and rude. She wanted a deposit before she would even put forward an offer to the landlord. In a saturated market, businesses like this should realise that customer care matters greatly. Having a pushy, rude, crass individual as your initial port of call means that you will gladly look elsewhere!
