cost me at least 3 days for booking a house viewing, when I texted the agent, they never respond unless you make the call. finally, the agent told me that landlord already accepted someone's offer, great!

First time renting with Hamptons and I am really happy with the whole process, everyone has been super kind, friendly and helpful specially Max Barnes who is always ready to help solve any issues promptly. Very impressed so far.

We had a problem with lack of heating shortly after we started renting through Hamptons. Rebecca in the Cirencester office was really helpful: she called first thing and made arrangements for it to be sorted out straightaway, and the problem was fixed within a few hours. This was excellent service and makes me feel confident about the management of any further queries in the future.

Our flat is professionally managed by Hamptons with our lead contact being Amy Goldstein who is extremely diligent in addressing issues with the flat. While something many of us take for granted, it is comforting to know when an issue arises it will be efficiently addressed.

Excellent service, above and beyond what was necessary to manage the sale of our house (and my gosh what a lot was necessary). I can’t recommend them highly enough, if you have to pay an estate agent fee then you can’t begrudge paying it to Hamptons. Hard working, honest and always there to help smooth things along. Big thumbs up from me.

I moved to the UK the summer of 2018. Dealt with a lot of letting agents and had many frustrating experiences until I met Victoria Beckett from Hamptons. She listened to my needs, found an amazing flat, helped me navigate a very different system and. demanding landlord, saw solutions instead of problems and kept her head cool when I was frustrated;) Victoria truly stands out in this sector!
