GoogleIf I could leave 0 I would. Ignore emails, don’t pick up the phone. Arranged a viewing only to turn up, taking time off from work, to get there and find no one there. Looked on the website to see the place has ‘let-agreed’ and was not made aware of this before hand.

GoogleI would highly recommend you avoid this agency at all costs. Completely unprofessional and time-wasting. I booked a time slot to see the property. The day I was supposed to see and rent the property, they did not pick up the phone. When I called the agency they told me to write 26th email this week. After 4 hours I called again, the fully unprofessional agent told me that they have no properties to rent, even though he told me 4 hours ago to book a new time slot. Idk who is crazy. Fully unprofessional.

GoogleThey are unprofessional, and mislead you with their property advertisements. If you want to lose money and time - I would ring them up. You’re better off finding a property elsewhere - the experience was unbelievably jarring.

Hello LO D Hope you are well. Thank you for your review Adverts wasn't MISLEADING at all. You have viewed the property virtually and agreed to put a Holding deposit down. However, you ended up declining the proposal due to cosmetic errors of the property. Although, we have offered to make up the work, but you kept ignoring that service. Our offices are closed after 18:00pm, if you are calling after that time, there is no one to answer your call. Best regards
