Worst agency ever. I've been with KFH for years and they were just amazing. Dexters Property Manager team just cares about the landlord. If you have an issue you have to call them many times, and IF it gets sorted, it takes a long time. (it took 3 weeks to fix my washing machine the 1st time, 2 weeks the second time and so many other issues just IGNORED). When you call them, each person you talk to tells you something different. They always say they are going to call you back to give you an update and they never do. They just IGNORE you. This is so disappointing and just unprofessional. I'm looking forward the end of my contract and never going to use this agency again.
