GoogleGreat service from Chantel in getting our flat let out. After being with other agents who had put flat on the market for many weeks Chantel and dexters were about to get our flat let out in a very short time sheet bringing them on. Great communication and kept me updated a through the process. Definitely will be coming back when searching for next tenant.

just particular agent, so they book a viewing to my place and I was concentrating on other stuff during the whole visit, and would expect the agent to answer the questions from the visitor. Yet, the visitor kept trying to ask me things e.g. the epc, tax band and whether the heater is electric while I believe the agent should know the answers (these are basic stuff), yet he just folded his arms and allowed the visitor to bother me. At the end, I just said 'you should ask the agent, he might know more.' Then the agent put a long face to me. The whole thing is unprofessional and ridiculous.

Unprofessional behaviour and no comminication. In May 2023, my roommate and I were locked in our apartment due to a broken lock that was never repaired despite reporting the problem in October when we first moved in. Dexters management did not respond to us and for personal and health and safety reasons we had to leave the apartment, so we contacted an outside emergency agency and Dexters would not refund our money!!!!

I was a tenant at a property managed by Dexter's with Petros Giorganios as the property manager. My end of tenancy process was very smooth and my deposit was returned with very minimal and justifiable deductions. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. All of my queries were promptly resolved and communication channels (email and phone) were always open.

This is about Dexters lettings in Wapping.Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only do they not care about fixing the property on time at all (last winter we were without heating or hot water for about a month), but at the end of our tennancy they tried to SCAM us out of hundreds of pounds claiming the property wasn't cleaned.We had a professional cleaner clean the property and had pictures to prove it. They submitted an end-of-tennancy report with completely false statements and pictures with the property dirty and with debris.While we clearly had it cleaned (and we could prove it).On top of that, when we moved in the property wasn't even professionally cleaned anyway.Eventually they refunded our deposit in full, but only because we didn't budge and were going to take legal actions.Please if you rent from them, take plenty of pictures before and after and do not let them scam you!! Worst experience in my life.

It's time we talk about these 'agents'. In over a week I received 4 calls a day from 3 different phone numbers, all during peek business hours (I'm fully employed with an actual job to do) and literally refused to reply to emails. For them it's all a game of chase where you are the idiot who's supposed to bend backwards and chase them hoping they grant you a place to sleep. And when you reply, all you hear is people partying, music, and very poor connection. Get a grip, you guys are literally disgusting. They also have the smallest selection of houses and keep on sending me the lower end of the barrel even tho I'm looking at quite high rents in 1 beds. JOKE OF A BUSINESSJOKE OF A COMPANYJOKE OF AN AGENCY

I have had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Alistair MacLean on a very complex sale transaction which has taken a number of months to complete. Throughout the transaction Alistair has remained patient, kind and pro-active depsite the hurdles which have appeared along the way. Alistair has fantastic communication skills and managed to keep the tranaction together despite the numerous difficulities. I am certain that the transaction would not have successfully completed without Alistair's involvement. As Head of a Residential Property Department for a medium sized regional practice, I deal with many agents on a daily basis. Alistair has definitely stood out as one of the best agents I have ever known and I hope to work with him on many future matters. I have been particularly grateful for the help of Graziana who throughout a difficult situation was always the one who was incredibly responsive and efficient in managing any problems. I’ve had a great experience with Dexters, specifically with my property manager, Andrzej Szczepaniak. The responsiveness is honestly on another level, he always picks up the phone immediately and I’ve never waited more than a day for an email reply.
