We’ve been looking for a house for over a year. It’s been difficult to find the perfect fit for our family. Most agents just send random emails but Howard at Dexter’s curated the search for exactly our needs. He checked in over the year and understood exactly what we were looking for. He was on top of it and anything that got our profile - he made sure to make us a priority. Howard finally found us the perfect home and the experience we had to close was wonderful. He made it stress free, he was honest, he made us feel secure and confident in our decision right to the end. There are not many agents like him. Howard from Dexter’s is a gem! Would absolutely use him again and again!

Dexters have managed my property for rent for the past seven years and, through thick and thin - including the wretched COVID years - have done a brilliant job no matter what issue arose (and there have been a few). The whole team, whose members have changed during this long period, have always been prompt communicating and responding. I particularly wish to single out Charlotte Alsford, who has been a fantastic support since she joined the team, including especially in dealing with the insurance company over a protracted subsidence issue. All credit to this highly professional and, what's more, adorable person.

Disappointed !

Ed******. One of the sneakiest agent.He harassed us to let people do some works and we found out that they have been using utilities and had us pay for it. Hundreds of pounds...He just kept ignoring phone calls and emails and randomly replying to say that he is discussing with the company to get us paid back.I wouldn't trust dexters agents. They will lie to you and make you believe that you're having a good deal (e.g. asking to not discuss rent with neighbours, which I did obviously and literally had a group chat) then harass you to leave them a review on-line. SMH.And if the review is not positive, they will try to get it removed!
