GoogleSending them my details as they asked to arrange the viewing no response after.
Last year and yesterday same situation.
That's not the way to treat people.
Avoid.
Ive been through too many agents like that.
Shame that there's so many in London which are just having a laugh on behalf of desperate people trying to find safe home.
After my first initial review suddenly guy on Italian number responded..but they asked me on spareroom for my details to arrange the viewing but after sending details there wasn't any response so I've obviously got paranoid about sending my details to people I don't know and don't want to do business with me.
Then they told me on another message to my mobile which unfortunately I've gave them that they will call the police on me?
For writing review of negative experience with them not for the first time.Do they expect me to beg them or something after they just ignored me.
At least they could say that they renting it to someone else or something.
Spareroom is unfortunately filled with that kind of agents.
Avoid.
Everyone is entitled to write a review from personal experience.
And seeing other reviews they done this not only to me.

GoogleHonestly Andrea was such a great person, friend, even at work, that even though we were shy and didn't know where to start asking, he made us relax, gain confidence, listen to him..., he explained everything to us in a passive way, he showed us all... services... explaining every detail... more and more welcoming so much that we were already excited just being there with him doing the paperwork, we thought we wouldn't make it, that something was going to fail... but he had faith that we would make it and we kept in touch with him on anything that was needed to make it easier and if it hadn't been for him we probably wouldn't be here, for which I am eternally grateful.

GoogleThis guy must have bought a bunch of apartments in NW London and somehow convinced himself that he’s a real estate agent. Judging by how I was treated as a client throughout my application, I can simply say these people don’t know how to do their job properly. A real estate agent communicates and takes into consideration the individual’s situation and their needs. Then, through communication and professional skills, they try to find a place that is suitable for the tenant’s requirements and aligned with the landlord’s expectations.
These people, instead, seem to only care about easy money. The moment they realize that you are not a quick profit or that the chances are somewhat limited - because there are other candidates who are more financially rewarding - they immediately cut you off.
Surprised by this immature and unprofessional attitude, I did some online research and discovered that the so-called real estate agent is actually just a young guy who posts staged photos of himself on social media, showing off his personal life around London. At that point, everything started to make sense and I understood exactly who I was dealing with.
It is truly sad that nowadays literally anyone is allowed to operate a business. However, I also understand that when people invest money in a city like London, it can be relatively easy to succeed.
However, in my opinion, these people are completely unreliable and not what they claim to be…

GoogleI had the most terrible and offensive experience I had with an agent online when discussing about viewing. She was so arrogant and rude.
When I pointed out that the shared kitchen in the post of advertising is not accurate for a studio. The renovations in the post were completed as she mentioned. I was trying to help. She told me she didn’t think so and attacked me that this is reason why another agent didn’t get back to me, by using the information I shared with her at first that I gave my number to another agent maybe she/he is busy so there is no communication with another agent at all. It’s also good because I will never trust this agency again.
