FacebookThe viewing for a property was arranged and confirmed. When we came at the appointed time there were 3 more people waiting. Nobody showed up to the viewing , we waited for 40 minutes outside the property. All phones were not available, zero contact from the agency. Very unprofessional , highly not recommended - time wasters.

GoogleJust had spam call from this number despite having signed up to telephone preference scheme TPS. Should not get cold calls on TPS registerd numbers.

GoogleMy partner called them to book an appointment for a viewing. After the call they sent a sms asking to reply with a sms to confirm, which he did. The day of the appointment nobody was there and once called they said they didn’t receive the sms... a total waste of time.

GoogleAwful customer service. Called them multiple times for various appointments and don't hear anything back. If you're trying to sell your business, avoid them as it won't sell. If you're searching for a business, don't bother contacting them. Waste of your time
