GoogleI have been hunting for a good property last three months online on open rent , on the market , zoopla and right move but many many agents would just take details and never contact us back ,!!! But “ Emily “ Chestertons Canary Wharf, was the agent who contacted me straight away though she was outside the office, I guess!! She called me back and manage to showed me the property but for our financial circumstances we could not process further with that property. Then Emily did all property search according to our need and budget, Emily one of the best agent I have ever meet, I could see that this young girl give her 100% to her job and she gave me the word that she will find me a property. She did extra mile for me , she is so humble , always smiling and very helpful, friendly with clients. I would love to recommend Emily/ Chestertons to my friends/ family, My 100% recommention for Chestertons with fantastic services and most professional and experienced staff like Emily, who understands clients needs and give 100% effort. GoogleOur contact at Chestertons was Long Nguyen and he was absolutely great! I contacted several agencies through Rightmove and Long was the first one to answer and by far the most professional of all. He was very attentive and really listened to what I was looking for. He was super-professional and it was obvious he was trying to do his best for both the landlord and the potential tenant. He was firm but not pushy at all and he went out of his way to find us the right property. On top of all this, Long was super-nice and friendly. I had an absolutely nightmarish experience with Chestertons. Their lack of professionalism and utter disregard for tenants' rights were shocking.Firstly, when I reached out to discuss the proposed deposit deductions, they simply ignored my emails, leaving me in the dark about their unjust claims.To make matters worse, my deposit was not even registered correctly. Despite their legal obligation to protect tenants' deposits, they failed to comply with the necessary regulations, leaving me with little recourse for my rights as a tenant.Their overall communication and responsiveness were abysmal, leaving me feeling undervalued and frustrated throughout the entire process.I strongly advise anyone considering renting from [Agency Name] to think twice. This has been, without a doubt, the worst property agency experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else.

I have been renting my property with Chestertons for the past 6 months. The contracting and referencing was smoothly organised. When I moved in, the property manager wasn’t very responsive and contractors didn’t appear in 4 months time. I am glad that the agency appointed a new property manager Shakil Khan who has been very responsive and is currently helping to organise all the maintenance works required. He has demonstrated a client oriented approach and professionalism.

I had an an-going problem with my tenants which was, potentially, heading towards a confrontation and possible legal action. Chesterton's Letting's Manager took control of the situation and resolved the problem in a patient and professional manner. I was relieved and delighted with the help he offered me as it was beyond my capabilities despite being a landlord for over 20 years.

quite literally the worst property management service you could wish for. We lived with mould in the flat for 6+ months despite us doing everything we could about it. We raised the point to the letting agent several times who just sent around their guys who said ‘don’t dry washing near the walls’ despite us never doing this. after sending a few people round, one switched on bloke finally realised there was a leak from the above flat. They refused to compensate us for damage to property, some of which was very expensive (bose headphones). When it came to getting our deposit back it was literally impossible. charging us for things that were in the inventory before as missing or broken, £100 for a set of two pillows that were in a cupboard upon arrival and for the whole year? please avoid at all costs, they have no interest in you and will bend over backwards for landlords
