GoogleWhat a pathetic service, rang to book 5 bedroom house viewing which they had for sale, chap took my details and advised that someone will call me from sales team, i waited week no one called, i called again he told me same story. I called 5 times in month time and every time guy said sales team will contact me. No one called me back, and guess what sales team don’t have any direct contact number or email which is kind of joke. I doubt they even had property for sale anyway , they just wasted 1.5 month of mine, grow up and have some professionalism and stop wasting people’s time

However when I chose Bells estate agent this year to rent out my properties they made me feel very confident knowing they will handled everything with no issues and I was stress free. They found my tenants for my properties very quickly and made the process very smooth and easy for me. The level of service is second to none and they breakdown everything for you so you understand exactly what figures are deducted and not. I would highly recommend Bells estate agent to all landlords out there they won’t let you down and will look after your properties throughly professional.

I had so many issues throughout the whole process, but the one thing that was excellent throughout was Bells Estate Agent. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect home. They were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, which made the process much less stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The aftercare even after everything was completed is second to none and just shows how they go the extra mile and put the client first. I would give 10 stars if i could.
