GoogleI just recently moved out of a property I was in for 5 years that Ample managed.
The agents were very good and dealt with any housing issues that came up. Nipa was particularly exceptional in her swift communication and problem solving. She was compassionate and professional. She signposted me to the correct places where the estate agency couldn’t help as it didn’t fall under their expertises.
I couldn’t recommend this company more. A great big thank you all the people involved in supporting my state.

GoogleVery good service!! When I went to their office during this summer, very hot weather, 2 smart young guys understood my struggling as I became homeless with 2 very young kids. As soon as I went in their office they offered me nice cold water, I was so tired, thirsty carrying 3 year old daughter in hot sun!!. They did quickly my all paper work n gave keys within 5 minutes!!!

GoogleExcellent response time to troubleshooting all problems that may occur as long term tenants. Very compassionate and towards families in my experience. Professional members of staff on the phone and in person. Very happy with all members of the team. Only thing I would say that needs improvement is the external Bulider’s not always to the best professional standards. Be mindful of that and more attention to detail on that front.
