Alexander David Property reviews

Had a very pleasant experience renting a property managed by Alexander David. Saul has been absolutely lovely since the first time we reached out to view flats. We have lived in the flat for almost 2 years and would have loved to stay longer if it wasn't for the flat being sold. Even then, both Alexis and Saul have been ensuring that despite arranged viewings to sell the house, we would be informed at least 24h in advance and would always work around our schedule. We hope to rent again a property managed by them - thanks very much for these 2 great years.

Saul and his team provide an excellent service. I would definitely recommend Alexander David to a friend looking for somewhere in East London. Saul is always on hand to help, and cares for his customers. I lived in a property managed by AD for over a year, and during that time, any queries or issues with my rental were dealt with swiftly, and with a friendly service. Thank you for your help over the past year Saul + team! :)

We were very lucky to have Saul as our letting agent. Since the start of the tenancy, over two years ago, he was extremely helpful and honest, and helped us secure the perfect flat for us. There were a few issues with the flat before we could move in, and Saul personally made sure that all would be resolved perfectly in time for us to move in comfortably. Ever since then, any queries were dealt with swiftly, and he has always been professional, friendly, and reliable throughout the tenancy. Thank you!

Took a lot of stress out of the tenancy. They were very reasonable when they didn't necessarily have to be. They were mindful and flexible with our living arrangements. There was also no disruption or interference on their end, we just payed the rent and then it was just the odd message/call at the start and end of the tenancy. We can easily recommend to prospective tenants.PositiveQuality

Saul was our lettings agent and property manager for over 6 years and he was consistently helpful, flexible and accommodating throughout that time. He was always easy to get hold of both via phone and email and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Alexander David again.

Even though our move didn't happen in the end unfortunately due to external factors, I cannot praise Saul enough. Probably one of the best, if not *the* best agents I've had experience with. Clear communication, works hard and works WITH you. Upstanding man as well. Alexander David are very lucky to have him and my family and I will look to work with this agency again in the future. A stellar example of how an estate agency should run as reflected in their agent. I would highly recommend this agency purely from my experience of being in communication with Saul.

Excellent service above and beyond from that expected by Saul. He was fully understanding of my situation and accommodated my needs compared to other mainstream estate agents who could not care less and just wanted a long term contractat the highest price. Communication and explanation of each step of the rental process, what to expect and when, was always forthcoming. Cannot fault this estate agent whatsoever and would recommend to others.

Alexander David are extremely helpful and friendly. Saul has went out of his way to help me numerous times, even when things must have been chaos during the breakout of Covid. Cannot fault their service, they actually care about the people living in their properties. Which is rare.

After bad experience with previous Agents we tried Alexander David Property Agents in the area.FANTASTIC!! and we were very sceptical. They are the real deal.ANY questions they were happy to answer.ALEXANDER DAVID PROPERTY went ABOVE and BEYOND, they didn't want to talk about charging me as many other firms have tried to do nor did they stonewall us, ADP got straight to business,THEY WERE INVALUABLE.They are passionate about there profession, These guys I know will go real far, genuine, reasonable.Sounds like normal rhetoric for a professional business, but so many Estate agents in London are not. That makes it hard for me and other customers needing to use Estate Agents. This is why I must write a review and let other public people know. These guys are good.REAL GOOD.
