My flat was vacant for only 4 working days!
Appreciate for their professional manner and efficiency.
No doubt they are well looking after my three properties since.
The other estate agents managed one of my property last year, it was totally nightmare, fee was even higher, managed it such as chaotic!!!
Therefore…once the contract was finished, I came back and spoke to Foysol, ‘please rescue me!!!’

GoogleI rented a 1 bedroom flat in South Quay Jan 2016 - October 2020 through Adamson Knight. I never dealt with the landlord directly, throughout my time in the flat I dealt with Foysol Hoque, who works for Adamson Knight. I cannot thank Foysol enough for making my stay worthwhile in the flat. I had issues during my tenancy but Foysol was quick to get them resolved. Below are examples:
1. Replaced mattress and sofa because the old ones were worn out.
2. Replaced dishwasher & refrigerator when they became faulty.
3. Fixed leaks in the kitchen and replaced the sink when it started falling apart.
4. Toilet replaced
Most landlords/agencies look for a reason to deduct your security deposit but I had no such issues. I got my full deposit back and that's also because I left the flat in a good state!
