I live outside of London and dealing with Martin & Co. make this process very straightforward as they effectively deal with the day to day management of the property. GoogleIf you're a landlord is considering to list their property with this agency, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I am a tenant, looking for a property and I have spoken to many agencies but no-one has ever come close to how unprofessional this agency is. I spoke to a lady at around 10 am inquiring into a property I saw on RightMove, she refused to accept that the listing was with the agency despite me explaining the listing had their contact details. Later, she called me to book a viewing and I asked when the property would be available from and she didn't know. She was suppose to call back but never did. I called twice and on the third time, I was told they were fully booked for viewings for this particular property. Absolutely disgraceful and very unprofessional. She said her name was Naomi but I'm pretty sure it isn't. If you're a landlord, save yourself time and go elsewhere! If you're a tenant, may be try to speak to the manager first. Totally wasted my time!

GoogleAVOID - I would avoid this letting agency. As a tenant communication with this agency is very poor. Point of contact for your property changes frequently, so you have to be lucky with your main POC. If unlucky, you would likely experience inconsistent and unhelpful replies on issues. This agency is quick to blame tenants for anything wrong in the property. This agency charges for contract renewal and returning deposit will likely turn into a dispute

GoogleHave been trying to get my deposit back (amount was confirmed by Martin&Co back in November 2019) for 11 months but no luck so far. Unbelievable and on top of this, very rude service. During my tenancy it took them 6 weeks to get warm water finally working, in the middle of the winter.
