My experience with Holly at Howkins & Harrison was very good. She was very helpful, perlite and professional. Always phoned back as soon as she was available, to me that is a very plus point. When I sell my property in the future I will definitely be using Holly to assist in the sale for me.

Easy to deal with Estate Agents. During a busy day of viewings, Beth showed us around a house in Broughton Astley. We found Beth to be a refreshing change from the other agents; friendly, relaxed and like dealing with a friend. Ali called for feed back and I got the same vibes - professional and friendly. From the onset H&H have been really helpful from the initial viewings to the support in buying and up to the exchange of contract and completion. They have worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale has gone through as smoothly as possible and taken the pressure off by helping with contacting the solicitors and other 3rd parties with . I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They have been most professional throughout the sale of my parents home of thirty--five years with graat care, empathy and consistant support. Communication from all staff mentioned above to not only myself but also to my brother was excellent and was consistently reliable throughout the sale, despite a chain of four vendors.
