GoogleI can't fault Marchand Petit throughout the process of both selling and buying properties through them. Lauren is highly efficient and communicative and kept me informed throughout the sale. She was in contact with not just my solicitor but my buyer's solicitor which I am not sure is always the case. Everyone in the office is friendly and approachable . I would highly recommend Marchand Petit to anyone thinking of selling. Many thanks .

GoogleMarchand Petit acted for me in the sale of my house. Finding a buyer took some time but was in the end successful thanks to Lauren's determination. The chain broke down once and took a long time to repair - which would have been even longer had Lauren not doggedly chased the other parties up and down the line. I would use this excellent firm again if ever I sell another house.

Initially Caitlin dealt very efficiently with the negotiation and then Lauren was extremely helpful in getting the transaction completed. It has been a pleasure dealing with them.

From the initial valuation all the way to completion they did everything possible to make the stress of selling my house as minimal as was possible.
