Well, what can I say..... Gerald has been absolutely brilliant and has handled my sale superbly. From start to finish he has always gone that extra mile. With his friendly disposition you can’t help but enjoy engaging with him, he’s great. If you are looking to sell your property he is definitely the best man for the job and will keep you entertained along the way. Can’t recommend this firm more highly, they are incredibly professional and efficient. Well done Gerald and Kim, and Thank you for selling my house.

I used Pincombe's to sell a house in Torquay. Gerald was very helpful, knew the market and priced the house realistically. He found a buyer quickly and kept the sale on track despite some unexpected events. He also helped above beyond what one would normally expect on the actual day of the sale by sorting out some last minute hitches and we managed to complete sucessfully. I would certainly use Picombe's again and thoroughly recommend them.

We would highly recommend using Pincombes estate agent. From our first meeting we felt very comfortable and confident. His knowledge and advice was exceptional. He really knew his field of work. Nothing was ever to much trouble, no question was ever a stupid question. Easy to contact. If there was an issue, a quick phone call and it was resolved straight away. If you want a hassle free way of selling your property. Then use pincombes estate agent

Gerald couldn’t have been anymore helpful. As a first time buyer and full time worker nothing was too much trouble to find the time to show me around. Other agents simply weren’t accommodating at all and quite honestly lost out on sales because of it! Great contact throughout the purchase with Pincombe’s and always there when I needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks for making my first purchase such a breeze.

Couldn’t recommend Gerald enough. He went out of his way to ensure that we had all of the information needed to enable us to make the right decision. He went above and beyond to introduce us to the area. Exceptional service and such a lovely guy!

We bought our house in Wellswood through Gerald at Pincombes and when it came to the time to sell it, we didn’t hesitate to ask him to handle the sale for us. Both in the purchasing and the selling process, we have found Pincombes to be trustworthy, flexible, available, and helpful throughout. We can’t recommend them highly enough.
