GoogleIMove are like a lighthouse in a fuzzy sea of confusion. Steven and Megan drove the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property ( the latter was a different estate agent and solicitor) and tethered everything together until the end. Great communication, great service and a pleasure to deal with. The reason they're successful is that they're very good.

GoogleWould definitely use again and would recommend. Have used various other estate agents over the years with the service being lacking at times in various areas, however both Steve and Megan at I Move offer a fantastic all round service at a great price. The experience and service is certainly not compromised by the lower fee being paid in comparison with other local agents.

TrustpilotBeware!
We sold our property on a no sale no fee arrangement. We withdrew an offer on a property we were buying because of a problem revealed in the search. After finding another property we were told that if we wanted to proceed with the sale we would have to sign an agreement to pay the agents fees in full if we withdrew again.

GoogleHighly recommend the service of Steve at Imove - am thrilled that he was the estate agent I picked to sell my flat. He was always available at any time even near at the end when I needed him! The best and the only estate agent in Torquay that I would recommend - talk to him first - you will not be disappointed.
