We received a letter from Imove in the post and we gave them a call as we had not sold with another estate agent. They were very attentive and professional. We sold our flat very quickly through Imove and even though our buyers had chosen a conveyancer who was very unresponsive (nothing to do with Imove) - Imove continued to pursue the case and we exchanged today a lot quicker than we expected.. They were very good value for money too. Someone is always on the end of the phone and if they can’t speak straight away then they were quick to call back, I would use them again and recommend them.

The whole team at IMove are fantastic. Professional, friendlyand honesty. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm not very comfortable with IT, in fact pretty illiterate tech wise - from day one the team have printed paperwork off for me, sent paperwork off to solicitors and assisted any way they could to help. When Jon first came to give an idea of the market price I immediately knew they were the company for us. He was helpful, honest in his opinions and easy to get on with. Subsequently he came and took brilliant photos and video which in turn led to many offers and agreed sale. The guys doing the viewings were great. Combined, this all led to many offers and no stress for me. In fact, total trust that we had chosen the right agents. A special mention for Megan has been absolutely incredible. She has worked tirelessly to get our exchange through today. She has, through the whole process, kept me updated on a weekly and more recently daily basis of where we are at. She took on more than she had to to make sure our sale/purchase reached this stage, which I don't think would have happened without her. The last week or so has been very stressful and frustrating for myself and, I'm sure, for Megan also. She has some days emailed and phoned me several times as things have been changing on an hourly basis and she has also been chasing other agents when this has been necessary. I cannot recommend iMove enough! They are the best estate agents I have EVER dealt with and being in my sixties, I have moved more times than I care to remember. Incredible service, above and beyond...and then some! What a super team. Megan was very knowledgeable about the legalities and process. Wow! What can we say! From the moment we approached iMove and met Steven we were instantly made to feel comfortable and were so impressed with the honest discussions about buying a property and the fact that we didn't feel we were being pushed into a sale. We fell in love with the apartment we viewed in Torquay and buying it has been an absolute breeze thanks to Steven and Megan. We mainly live abroad and have felt informed and involved every step of the way which is very different to our previous experience of buying a property with a different estate agent. We had several local estate agents provide a valuation for our property but Steve stood out markedly from the other agents. Honest, plain speaking, passionate, incredibly knowledgeable and professional, Steve left me feeling clear about what we were signing up to. The fees are reasonable, straight forward with no hidden agenda or extras. The photographs Megan provided were fantastic and showed our property off at its best. Imove listings stand out from the crowd with their quality photography. The reason we have recommended iMove to so many others though, is due the excellent communication throughout our sale. I didn’t need to chase, even once. They called regularly to update me on market conditions, provided excellent advice and readdressed our marketing to keep our listing fresh and enticing.
