We recently brought our first home through Notman and Taylor and Amanda made the whole process super easy! She is very professional, caring, was there to answer any questions or queries we had and kept us up to date throughout the process. We managed to complete in under 10 weeks and without Amanda following everything up I don’t think we would have completed so quickly! I wouldn’t use anyone else and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I cannot praise Notman & Taylor enough for selling our property. We can't fault Brunel Estate Agents. From the moment Harry visited to value the house until the moment we finally completed, everyone in the team was professional, helpful and most importantly, proactive. Great care was taken when showing people around the house to make sure they respected our house rules (shoes off), and the house was always left as it was found. When problems occurred elsewhere in the chain, the team handled our panicked calls sensitively and calmly and acted upon them immediately, which was much appreciated. Despite the bottom of the chain failing to complete on the day, Harry kept chasing the solicitors, and kept us in the loop so that we knew we had his support in trying to complete our own piece of the chain. Just wanted to thank Harry and the team at Brunel for their excellent customer service throughout the sale of my mums property in Kingsand. It was a very difficult time for us as a family as she passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, but every aspect from start to finish was handled with professionalism and care.
