Really happy with the service from Your Move throughout the whole process. Josh was brilliant from the start, always helpful, easy to get hold of and kept everything moving in the right direction. A big thank you to Nigel as well, who was great as the sales progressor. He kept on top of everything between solicitors, buyers and sellers, regularly chased for updates and made what can be a stressful process much easier. My experience so far with Yourmove has been a good one, it is refreshing to know that there are still estate agents out there that help you every step of the way, that's how I have felt being a single person, not knowing what to do and when, being walked through the process every step of the way, nothing seems to be too much, even out of hours. Very much appreciated, having had experience with other agents none of them seem a patch on Yourmove. Obviously the process is a stressful one, but I feel lucky I chose these.

Hubby and I needed to move and found our perfect new home through Your Move in Torquay. They let us know very quickly that we were successful and the whole process from initial viewing to moving in, took one month! (Rental) Suzy was a delight to deal with, she was friendly and kept us informed throughout the process and the whole transition was really smooth. We highly recommend Your Move and look forward to many happy years in our amazing new home. Update! We had an issue with the plumbing in our bathroom and Jeremy knew exactly what was needed, the problem was sorted out within a couple of hours. We are very impressed with the level of maintenance service provided. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service From Start to Finish I genuinely cannot recommend Your Move Torquay highly enough. A couple of weeks before relocating to Torquay for work at Torbay Hospital, my Husband & I travelled down from the Midlands accompanied by our Midlands landlady Andrea Williams to view several properties. Moving more than 200 miles away to an area where we knew nobody was incredibly daunting, so finding an estate agent in Torquay I felt I could trust was extremely important. From our very first visit, Benedict from Your Move was exceptional. His knowledge of the properties he was managing and the local area was outstanding. We found a property we really liked, completed all the necessary checks successfully, and returned to the Midlands feeling reassured that everything was in place. Then, on the Friday before I was due to start my new job the following Wednesday, I received a phone call from Benedict that made my heart sink. The owner of the property I was due to move into had unexpectedly decided to withdraw it from the market. I immediately went into panic mode. I was over 200 miles away, had a new job to start within days and had no time to travel back to Torquay to start searching again. Benedict was clearly shocked by the situation himself, but remained completely professional and immediately reassured me that he would do everything he could to help. What happened over the next 24 hours demonstrated exactly what exceptional customer service looks like. The phone calls, emails and information about alternative properties started coming through. Knowing my circumstances and the urgency of the situation, Benedict went above and beyond, contacting other clients and doing everything possible to find me somewhere suitable. Within 24 hours, he had helped secure another property for me, actually in an even better location. I had no choice but to put 100% of my trust in Benedict from more than 200 miles away, and he absolutely delivered. The property was originally due to have a few jobs completed before being rented out, but Benedict approached the owner, explained my circumstances and asked whether she would consider allowing me to move in and have the remaining work completed afterwards. She agreed, which also demonstrated to me the level of trust landlords place in this branch. I deliberately waited a couple of months before writing this review because I wanted to see whether the aftercare matched the promises made before I moved in. I am delighted to say that everything promised has been delivered. The outstanding jobs have been completed, the aftercare has been excellent and the accommodation is absolutely perfect for me. Before walking into Your Move, I had never met Benedict or Jeremy, yet from that first meeting through to moving in and beyond, I have been treated with genuine care, kindness and professionalism. There is a real family atmosphere within this High Street branch. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and at one of the most stressful times of my life, they made me feel as though they genuinely cared about what happened to me rather than simply treating me as another customer. Benedict and Jeremy are an absolute credit to Your Move. Estate agency is ultimately about people, trust and keeping your word. My experience with Your Move Torquay has demonstrated all three. Thank you, Benedict and Jeremy, for going above and beyond when I genuinely needed someone to help. We have been renting our flat through Your Move Torquay for 11 years and have always had a very positive experience with them. We have never had any problems, and the whole team has always been friendly, helpful and professional. Whenever we have an issue with the flat, they respond very quickly and arrange for it to be sorted. For example, our night storage heater occasionally stops working, and whenever we call, they arrange for an electrician to come out, often on the same day, to fix it. Jeremy is always very friendly, approachable and helpful, and we really appreciate how quickly the team responds whenever we need assistance. After 11 years, we are very happy with the service we have received from Your Move Torquay and would definitely recommend them.

I have been living here for a couple of years now after going through a very difficult time when my previous landlord sold the house and I had to move with my little boy. They not replying or they not even care about you. My flat doesn't have any issue at all. But they simply ignored the payment. Then I have to go for the adjudication. They provided fake documents. I'm lost my deposit after six months waits. They not even care no any reply to email until I go to adjudication. I went three time to meet them. They even know the problem.
