GoogleThe guy who owns it is damn right rude shouting at me on the phone after I asked if a property was still available, disrespectful and not professional at all! I would avoid this company at all costs. He was shouting swore at me and was judging my financial situation telling me to work more and making me out to be a lazy individual who doesn’t do anything with there life. DISGUSTING!

GoogleMyself and my family had a great experience with Seymour and Co. Neil was just brilliant helping us into our rental property, introducing us to our lovely landlord and keeping us up to date with info and even emailed us after we were settled to make sure we were happy. He went above and beyond. We couldn't recommend a better company than Seymour and Co. Neil is a lovely man. We've been here nearly 7 months now and really really happy. If we need to move again in the future we will always go to Seymour and Co first.

Neil went above and beyond to help us 1) find our ideal property, 2) support us before, during and after the move 3) making himself constantly available with any queries/questions that we had before, during and after the move. Having moved house a number of times and using several different estate agents, I couldn't recommend a better company than Seymour and Co - Neil is a wonderful man who truly has your best interests at heart. GoogleMy wife and I recently purchased our 4th buy to let property and having used Neil to find tenants for our last 3 I saw no reason to look elsewhere. Once instructed it was just over a week and potential tenants were lined up. They have since moved in and are just the kind of tenants any landlord would wish to have. Seymour & Co and Neil in particular give great service are extremely professional and it is with pleasure I leave this review and recommend Neil for future Landlords and tenants alike. Googlewe highly recommend Seymour & Co. we’ve dealt with Neil previously and always had excellent service and we have found the same since dealing with Seymour and Co. Neil rented our house out promptly after a long period of time where it was empty, and found excellent tenants. we will continue to use Seymour & Co. for the foreseeable future.

GoogleOne Star Rating It is interesting that since we received a complaint from an unhappy applicant that failed referencing two negative reviews have appeared ?? Certainly have not failed to list any property this week or at any other time upon which we have been instructed; so if the reviewer would care to put their name in the review then I would be delighted to respond accordingly. Interesting how the two other reviews posted by this person are both "1 Star" ratings. Perhaps just a serial complainer ?? Ilsham C of E school full of weirdos ? Really ? With regards to your comment about the business... M&S were founded in 1884. I'm guessing not all the staff working there have been there since the opening day... As regards to the review " Chalie Smith" that was posted the same time as the unfounded complaint, we have no record of any dealing with any person named Smith so again, if you would like to contact me and give me more details of the alleged poor service, I will be more than happy to investigate. We have lots of Landlords that are really pleased with our service that in point of fact, two new instructions were received last week as a result of being referred to us through our service. So please, if you are going to leave a review...don't hide behind a screen name. Be upfront and give us an honest right to reply, if a reply is warranted.

GoogleOk So I live local to this agent. In the last two weeks I have walked past on the chance I can pop in and discuss the sale of my parents home. On each occasion it has been closed. Walked by on Saturday and they don’t open Saturdays? Or it’s by appointment only. In this day and age I want an agent who is present and open. I really wanted to support a new agent in the Road but just had to weigh up if I can’t walk in to put a house on the market then how flexible will they be with viewings. Also think it was poor to retaliate on google over negative comment. Take the good with the bad I say.

GoogleWow! An agent that actually returns your call! Enquiring about properties via other agents and I do not seem to get a call back, strikes me they are probably too big to be bothered. I guess I’m more old school and like the personal touch. The man I saw in the office is Neil, this guy knows his stuff and sounds like he’s been in the property business along time. I’m renting using Seymour & Co
