GoogleMy experience with Harmony at Bradleys showing me properties to buy was very good and professional. I was shown two very promising properties and Harmony was very good at showing me around and also checked in on me to see how my search was going. I would definitely consider Bradleys in the future if I am to look for properties again and Harmony is a good member of the team.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Bradleys and Tracy Manning was absolutely fantastic! The whole process from making an offer through to getting the keys was totally seamless, Tracy always kept me up-to-date on the purchase progress, was quick to respond to my many questions and did so with a high level of professionalism and customer service. It was so nice to use a local company, very friendly and accommodating at all times! Thank you Tracy!

GoogleI cannot recommend Bradley’s highly enough. They managed a difficult sale of my father’s property with professional skill, empathy, & care. At all times they kept us informed & went above & beyond chasing up the chain & helping us complete the sale from a distance as we don’t live in Torquay. Every member of staff from initial valuation to key handover have been great, friendly & quick to respond to queries. Thankyou all.

GoogleI would like to thank “team “Bradley’s ,, estate agents in St Marychurch , once again , for their friendly & thoroughly professional handling , of the sale of my first floor flat in Babacombe, recently this July 23. I have, “modestly” bought & sold property over the course of the last 17 years in the district of Torquay . On all occasions , it has been Bradley’s in st Marychurch ,that have both “sold to me”,and “sold for me”.In all these years , the staff have been lovely & very approachable. Especially Lynne & Tracy , who deserve special recognition and thanks from me . I can’t remember a time in my 17 years or so , when they haven’t been around . So many years working at the same estate agents , simply promotes wonderful continuity & stability, together with a wealth of knowledge of the local housing industry . It is so reassuring to know who you are working with ,,, often producing healthy & positive outcomes ..my kindest regards over to you all at Bradley’s … Nick Smolinski

GoogleCalled with interest in purchasing a property but told it was cash only. I queried why as the property was a standard listing (no mention of cash buyers) and had a very long lease. The agent just said it was an 1980's lease and the previous buyers solicitor wasn't happy with it whatever that means. I questioned this to try to get to the bottom of it but the The attitude of the agent became very defence and boarding on rude / flippant. How the hell they expect to sell this property is beyond me because such an issue with the lease would certainly put off a sensible cash buyer!
Dear Nigel, with a Director being party to the conversation in the office, it appears you may have taken this the wrong way. We are duty bound by the Consumer Protection regulations to inform any potential buyers of anything that may affect their decision in which to purchase, in fact even view a property. Tracey was explaining the issues we have had with previous purchasers so that you were under no illusion as to the situation with the property. Had it been the opposite, I'm sure people would have been annoyed if we hadn't declared it, so we try and be transparent and honest from the outset, which is a shame that as a result, you feel we only provide a 2-star service, however, we do wish you luck with your search for a property.

GoogleRang recently about offering Torquay branch to sell my house ,spoke to an assistant who was checking my name on some sort of previous customer list (black list). ,Although i know i had an issue in the past but not that serious i would not do business with them again.He said the manager would ring me back,surprisingly she did not,obviously not bothered about the business besides i sold my house soon after and thats their loss,i suggest management look into this and make sure your not losing business just because your manager has problems with petty issues.I wont be using you againNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI arranged to view a flat via facetime with my daughter as I was out of the country. This was agreed prior to the viewing to by the estate agent. On asking to go forward with the tenancy I was told i couldn't be put fw'd as i hadn't viewed it personally. When i said that most agents were doing virtual viewing they said it was their policy that everyone had to view a property in person. Even when i said I'd sign a waiver i was denied the property. Really disappointed in their customer service, lack of compassion and flexibility in the current pandemic situation, not a company I would recommend

We are clearly trying to accommodate all enquiries and video viewings are very much 'the norm' now, although it should have been made clear at the outset that we cannot accept applications based upon a video viewing. In the main most people understand there is a risk attached to doing so and therefore will ensure they make provisions to view in person. We hope you understand. Thank you.

GoogleThe branch manager Lynn and our sales manager Tracy have handled our property sale in a most professional and friendly manner. Tracy has had a difficult buyer to deal with and has managed the sale in a measured manner and has always kept my wife and I abreast of the changing situation. Harmony has also helped by visiting the empty property each week to check all was in order, to comply with home insurance requirements. All in all, a very efficient and friendly team who we would fully recommend to anyone wishing to sell their property in the Torquay area. Well done all at Bradleys, Torquay office.

Sorry to hear that you have concerns about our website. Although we do have phone links for each branch and department, a mix of stock and genuine imagery, plus a 24/7 live chat service, and are contactable by phone from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week, it seems a little strange.
