GoogleOlga was brilliant to work with from start to finish. She was honest, straightforward, and kept everything clear so I always knew where things stood. There was no pressure or pushiness, just genuine support and good communication. She made the whole process feel much less stressful, and I really appreciated how easy she was to talk to. I’d happily recommend Olga to anyone looking to sell or buy, she really does make a difference.

GoogleI recently had the privilege of working with Olga McAteer and I would like to share why she and her team deserve a five star rating . Retiring and moving with your family from America to Ireland ( Northern Ireland ) is a dream for many Irish Americans. Olga helped turn our dream into a reality.. She listened and understood the challenges in buying a home when we were 3,000 miles away in New York .She guided , advised and helped navigate our home purchase. She works 24/7, she she returned phone calls after hours and actually called me back while she was on vacation . She was always available to talk, explain & walk through next steps. Purchasing a home in Ireland is very different than buying a home in the United States - Life in Ireland is beautiful- people are warm and friendly and there are so many amazing things to do. We were blessed to work with Olga and her team and I am forever grateful for her assistance. Your dream can be a reality too - call Olga she will help make it happen

GoogleOlga, Odhran and the rest of the McAteer team were nothing short of fantastic when it came to selling our property. When we had our second property to sell, it was an obvious choice for us to go back to McAteer Solutions. We didn't have the easiest property to sell but Odhran went the extra mile for us and did what we thought was the impossible, and got us a sale on the property. Not moving any time soon but if we were, we would certainly be using them again!

GoogleOlga is fabulous. Olga offers a friendly and professional service. We changed estate agents, took her advice on board and she sold my house in a matter of hours. Communication is key during the selling and buying process and Olga's was first class. If your thinking of buying or selling a property and you want a smooth, stress free transition, do not pass McAteers Solutions.

GoogleI had been following McAteer estate agents on Instagram for ages so when it come to selling my property I thought I might as well contact them. I also contacted a few other places for their info, but McAteer's had the best rate around. Odhran worked very closely with me, contacting me via phone and over Instagram which suited me perfectly as I worked full time. He got me a great value for my property, more than I expected. Everything was so quick and easy, I literally didn't have to do anything as Odhran had it sorted. I think the whole process took roughly a month from initial contact to final sale and money in the bank. I definitely recommend 👌 Thanks again guys!

GoogleI'm not someone who is skilled in the art of Property Sales. I've only sold four properties in my life. All I can say is that Olga and her team are "The Professionals". Courtesy, Competency and Common Sense are the values which I experienced in my transactions.

GoogleMcAteer solutions are the complete package. Olga especially is determined to get through the stress of buying and selling with support, access, reassurance and a sense of humour. I wish I had another house to sell just to keep in touch with Olga as she has a professional attitude which takes no nonsense and works for her clients (even when she supposed to be on holiday). I can’t recommend them and Olga in particular strongly enough and while we had a unique house, she was optimistic that she would get it sold. My advice is to take Olga’s advice and you’ll not be disappointed!

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Olga, Odhrán and team in McAteer Solutions. Both Olga and Odhrán were involved in the marketing and selling of our house. We had sale agreed within a matter of weeks and although it can be an anxious time putting your house on the market, it was completely plain sailing with Olga and Odhrán. They were both on hand to answer any queries we had along the way, and made the entire process seamless. A very professional and friendly service, highly recommended. Thank you Olga, Odhrán and Janice for all you did to help us get to completion

FacebookFrom the minute we met Olga we knew she was the perfect person to sell our home. From that initial meeting until the sale she has worked so hard and has supported us every step of the way. She has a true understanding of the property market and what it takes to sell a home and all the stresses that come with it. The team at McAteer Solutions are marvellous and we cannot recommend them highly enough. FacebookIf your looking for office space and frustrated with no one getting back to you talk to Olga @McAteer Solutions!.... 😊 Similarly if you are a landlord and have office space to let and you find it's just sitting there with no enquiries for months the truth I'm guessing probably is, that there probably were enquiries and you are just not getting them. And your office property is left sitting vacant. Olga gets back to you.... fast..... which is the quality I admired & hope she continues this in her ever growing business as her results will speak for themselves. Thank you Olga 🙏
