GoogleWorking with Jonathan was an absolute pleasure. He made the entire process feel straightforward, and he was always easy to communicate with. Jonathan was incredibly kind, understanding throughout, which made a real difference. It was genuinely great working with him as the estate agent, and I would like to do so again in the future. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a professional and approachable estate agent.

GoogleIf all estate agents were as good as Abby and the team at Thomas Estate Agents, buying a house would be no more stressful than buying a new pair of shoes. Kind, attentive and kept me updated on the progress of the purchase at every stage. Couldn't be happier with their service.

TrustpilotFull asking sale and purchase of new property, December 2024.
Sold my home and purchased a new home with Thomas Estates recently. Service was outstanding from start to finish, even when I was being a bit of an impatient girly. Supported me through each step of the process with patience, additionally helping facilitate a seamless transition between both properties on the day of the move. Went above and beyond on countless occasions and kept me informed, with regular progress updates on the phone and by text/email. Got full asking price straight away. So so grateful! Thank you, Thomas Estates. 5 star service, have recommended to friends, colleagues and on social media already!

TrustpilotBrilliant
Brilliant, from valuation through to handing the keys over, even though a height of stress the experience was perfect. I felt like the customer came first, always kept up to date, always called back and built some solid relations with all in the Ruddington office - would definitely recommend.
Thank you for your review however I believe this may be intended for a different agency as we do not have a Ruddington office. I'm sure their comments were well earned and would love to hear them directly.

We've been investing in properties in the UK for the last 6 years. Since 2018 our portfolio has been managed by different property management companies. 6 years later we put all our properties under Thomas Estate Agents, which is a testimony of their professionalism, hard work and trust built over time.
