Everyone always says “never trust an Estate Agent”! However, Legg and co are so very different. Jane at Legg and co has supported me through a house sale which has been so challenging as I live 250 miles away. Jane has been so encouraging every step of the way by communicating everything that is going on. She listens and acts on everything I have asked her to action. Her patience and commitment to attracting the right buyers was so important to me and she delivered. I have also dealt with Dee, Roland and Wendy who are also as exceptional as Jane, with their diplomatic advice from their years of combined experience. I would highly recommend Legg and Co as nothing is ever too much to ask and they take so much of the stress out of selling a house. I can’t thank them enough, especially Jane who has put up with all of my persistent questions and worries from living so far away. Legg and co are the modern way to sell a home.

The first experience we had with Legg&Co was when viewing the first house on a long list. Louise was very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about the local area (we knew because we lived down the same road). We were so impressed, we decided to use Legg&Co to sell our house too. Within a week or so, we had an offer. Louise kept in touch throughout and was great. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Shout out to Jane and Wendy from the completion team too. All very friendly. I would definitely recommend Legg&Co.

I have used Roland Legg initially for a fully managed service on the rental of my flat. This was an exceptional service. Not only did he find me the most amazing tenant but also manage the property so well I literally didn’t have to do a thing. My mind was at rest throughout. Once Roland Legg started up their sales service I jumped at the chance to sell my property through them. Once again an amazing service.I couldn’t fault them one bit. It was a very difficult sale (because of difficult solicitors) but Louise, Tania and Roland were fantastic throughout. I couldn’t recommend a better company to sell/buy/rent through. One very happy customer!

Legg and Co gave a very personal service when selling our house and also with the purchase of our new home. Nothing is too small nor to big for them, communication was excellent! Jane was great and I have to say Wendy was amazing keeping the chain together, I think most estate agents would have given up with the sale due to the amount of problems. I rented a house via Legg & Co in Tonbridge, I rented thrice in London/UK but it was one of the best experience. Roland is really considerate, they moved my move in date by 1 week when I got COVID, and while leaving also the transition was very smooth. It was a managed property and they promptly fixed all the issues during the tenancy.

I have been asked to remove my original review. Ok, I will now just shorten it. I am a cash buyer and have asked to view a property in Cranbrook for the last 2 weeks - we have had a variety of excuses back, I am sure that more than one person works here and could have shown me around. I will presume that they do not wish to sell this property and go elsewhere to a more professional firm - one that is geared around the buyer and not having to fit in with the agency and what suits them.
