GoogleChased several times to get updates about a commercial property I enquired about. No response and just got ignored. Pretty sure it was because I questioned the building insurance that I was informed I would contribute to the landlord for. I mentioned about if there was a water leak under the floor who would be responsible and was told it would be me, but I’m paying towards their building insurance?! Better off looking elsewhere!

GoogleAfter enquiring about renting a commercial property on several occasions, no one returned emails or calls, absolute shambles. The irony is, the unit i was hoping to rent is still available !
