GoogleWe recently sold our property through Rural View having wasted a great deal of time with two other larger agencies that promised what they simply could not produce. Mark and Charlie were very realistic with what they promised up front, and then produced more authentic qualified buyers within 2 weeks than the other agencies had in many months. Their hands-on style, combined with their local focus and knowledge secured us an offer within days of one of those viewings.
Despite eventually being the end of a chain of 5, and although there were several issues at other points in the chain, they kept in contact with us and all the other elements of the chain to ensure that the deal went through smoothly.
I cannot praise them enough for their honest and hardworking approach and would recommend them to anyone wanting a realistic view from an honest agency.

GoogleWe recently sold our cottage through Rural View, and I cannot recommend Mark, Charlie and the team enough. While their phenomenally in-depth knowledge of the local market would I think be enough to make them stand out from the crowd anyhow, they were also an absolute pleasure to deal with. They found us a buyer extremely quickly, and managed the whole sale in such a seamless fashion that it was pretty much stress-free - a particular achievement given the buyer was working to an extraordinarily tight deadline! I don't think we would now consider ever selling through anyone else.

Despite this being a straightforward sale (no chain), there were some issues that cropped up due to my poor choice of solicitor, these issues were dealt with patiently and efficiently by both Mark and Charlie.
Most noticeably the boutique service offering and personal touch that Rural View offer was appreciated by myself and my partner.
I would certainly recommend and look forward to using Rural View again in the future!
