Buying a new home for most of us is the biggest purchase we will ever make and can be so very stressful with everything that’s involved. Thanks to guidance and support of the team at Hardy-King this was not the case and everything went smoothly. We were kept updated and informed with the process the whole way through and any questions or queries we had were answered swiftly and clearly. We really can’t thank them enough for all their help and we definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy, sell or rent a property. I have used the professional service of Matt and Craig in the reduction of a small buy to let portfolio, there attention to detail is second to none, even more so with a difficult sale involving a flat lease. There knowledge of the sector and experience of managing the buyers expectations made sure the sale sailed through the process, other estate agents with less commitment would have fallen at the first hurdle.
