GoogleI purchased a property though Soul Estate Agents and I cannot recommend them enough. From arranging a quick viewing to allowing us to roam the property on the viewing with none of the high pressure sales rubbish we expected. We always try to support local family run businesses and with the excellent service we received we are sure Soul will continue to grow.
As a first time buyer the whole process was nerve wracking but Sahib and Mandeep kept me fully updated the whole way through. I unfortunately had a rubbish conveyancer but Sahib kept pushing and I’m sure without this the process would have been even longer than what it was. I got better, timely updates from Sahib than I did from my own paid solicitor. When we had questions and our conveyancer couldn’t be bothered to return calls, Sahib and Mandeep went out of their way to get it sorted for us. Soul made us feel part of the process, not just another number on a spread sheet. I’ll definitely be recommending Soul to my friends and family because they gave it the personal touch with the professionalism that is lacking in too many companies these days. So a BIG thanks to Sahib and Mandeep for everything and for getting me into my first home.

GoogleI've had a consistently positive experience with Soul Estate, a family-run business based in the heart of the Black Country. Their team combines professionalism with a personal touch, making the entire property management process smooth and stress-free.
As a landlord, I’ve found their rental management service to be reliable, transparent, and proactive. They communicate clearly, respond promptly, and genuinely care about both landlords and tenants. It’s rare to find an estate agent that balances efficiency with such a strong sense of integrity.
Their reputation for good service is well deserved, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Soul Estate to anyone looking for a trustworthy estate agent or property manager in the area.

GoogleFriendly, professional, reliable that sums it up. Choosing Soul Estates when selling my property was the best decision I made. Mandeep and Sahib are a great team who really care, mean what they say and do what they say they are going to do. My property sale was long and very complicated but Mandeep and Sahib were honest, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process.

GoogleMandip & Sahib are absolutely amazing. Professional, approachable, realistic about timelines and rental potential. I was worried I wouldn't be able to rent my btl out in a hurry after being made redundant and having no income. They delivered exactly what they promised. Thank you both. I would definitely recommend soul estates to anybody looking to let their property.

GoogleViewed a property for rent with family
Received a call which led to us believing we were with a chance
I had to constant call then and they were very hard to get hold of
Their email boxes were full and emails bounced back
Mandeep seened nice but the office fails big time
Didn’t have the decency to tell me I hadn’t been successful
It seems it’s a lot to handle for the person in the office
Not a good experience but I’m glad as I am thinking what if it was urgent and no one gets back to you
I wish you well in your business

FacebookAbsolutely amazing estate agents, they have been the best we've had in many years. They have always done us good and any issues have been delt with straight away. Been with them for 18 months and its such a shame we have to leave them but we needed a bigger house as our family grew 2 extra feet 💙
I would highly recommend them to any landlord.
Many thanks for all your continuous hardwork you should be very proud of yourself for for being so genuine and caring estate agents.
