From start to finish the communication and support has been impeccable. In fact I can go as far as to say Jason and Marcus were more helpful than our solicitors, at times having to do things that our solicitors should have done.
I 1000% recommend these guys if you need a dedicated Estate agent.

FacebookI have recently completed on my first property sold by Hopkins & Dainty Estate Agents.
From the first viewing to getting the keys Jason, Marcus, Kate and Paul were super helpful and accommodating. They kept on top of everything such as answering questions about the property and chasing solicitors to make sure the process was as smooth as it can be. They always responded quickly, kept me up to date and were professional and reassuring at all times.
I really felt like I could rely on Jason and Marcus and I think I would still be waiting for completion if they didn't work to the standard they do.
It's been special to feel supported by them in a process that was new and stressful for me but they guided me through every little step and helped me to keep my sanity.
In summary I had an excellent service from Hopkins and Dainty Estate Agents and I can't recommend them enough ❤️

From the start Paul gave me reassurance that after my first sale fell through (Not with them but another estate agent) that it wasn’t because I had unrealistic expectations,he put my mind at rest that a buyer was out there. Once my property had sold Jason then worked hard to push things through, I know there was a lot of back and forth but Jason’s persistence and commitment made me feel more confident, even when I was moaning about how long it was taking and the hurdles I faced, I never felt like I was being dismissed but always supported. You guys are a brilliant team and if I ever need to sell/buy a property again I have no doubt where I will go.
