GoogleSaw negative comments about this agent however decided to give them a chance as everyones experience is different- Enquired about viewing a property with them, had a phone call where they took my information, told me I had a viewing the next day in Upminster, and never turned up! Very disappointing.

Our records show that your referencing was not completed and is still in progress as of the time of this reply and we have evidence of this. You were asked to provide a guarantor who did not complete their application. Your holding deposit was also returned in full. As your application was not completed, the landlord of the property went with another person. Thank you.

Four flats were available to be rented in this house conversion. Unfortunately, three of the flats were rented and the only one left was the one bedroom flat located upstairs. Property is a one bedroo flat albeit a small one. We did apologise to Leva when she called last night regarding this and our apology still stands.
