YellAppalling Service, would absolutely not recommend!
Absolutely appalling service, in fact no service!, no feedback from viewings, didn't even know viewings were taking place! The person conducting the viewings knew absolutely nothing about the property when potential buyers were asking questions, a different person sent on each viewing again with no knowledge of the house, unbelievable! Spoke to someone in the office on a Monday regarding no communication from them, told an urgent email would be sent to our contact person, NO communication until the Friday, took the house off the market, not paying a lot of money for an unprofessional, couldn't care less Estate Agent.

YellPoor communication, passive aggressive and a lack of empathy
On Monday we enquired about a property in Bythorn asking to view. On Tuesday my wife followed up and a viewing was arranged for Saturday. Unable to view with my wife and 1 year old until then as we both work, I made an impromptu visit to the property on Wednesday as a detour to view from outside. We later discussed and all being well on Saturday, had the intention of making an offer at the full asking price, having researched the area thoroughly. On Thursday night the property had been removed from the market. I called the agent today, 24 hours before our viewing to be told a deal had been done, BELOW ASKING PRICE! I asked why a professional Estate Agency would allow their client to agree a below asking price offer 36 hours before a viewing with a party that had expressed such interest? Also why hadn't we been notfied? Vendors prerogative to take a deal of course but they and we have been shortchanged here. The attitude of the agent was appalling. Passive aggressive with no empathy.
