GoogleSuch a good experience. Found our dream home & they sold our property in a week, helped with negotiations and made it work for us. We had regular updates, and nothing was ever too much hassle for them. Rosie was so lovely & helped make what could have been a really stressful time as easy as possible. 100% recommend. Thank you :)

GoogleLizzie and Jess were amazing from the moment we decided to move from another estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble, we were constantly kept updated with feedback from those that had viewed the property. It was a difficult market at the time and together with the property being slightly out of their area which meant travelling further to accompany viewings didn’t seem to bother Jess and Lizzie. There were no problems with the sale, the buyer wanted a quick sale which suited us and the Jess and Lizzie worked hard to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. We sold our house, both the buyer and ourselves were perfectly happy. Karen 🌞

GoogleHi there, I’ve just sold a 2 bedroom semi detached bungalow in Thrapston with Chris George The Estate Agent. My wife and I would like to thank Lizzie and the team for a sterling service. We’d only had the property on the market a few weeks and the viewings we’d had were into double figures. We were constantly kept up to date with emails,texts and phone calls so we always knew what stage the sale was at. Jessica and the team were friendly and helpful at all times and a pleasure to deal with. GoogleI found this agent to be diligent in all they do, every staff member that i have had dealings with have been super friendly and just wanted to do their best for you, the manager was not afraid to have honest discussions with me while all the time being very aware of my needs. The staff trying to sell my house were excellant in their approach and the feedback was always delivered in a sensitive way, i was very impressed with the sakes team. The after sales person is Amanda who was excellent in her communication and was a godsend in keeping me up to date, if all agents had an Amanda then house moves would be much less stressful, i would undoubtedly recommend Chris George as an agent and i truly thank them for selling my house and treating me in the manner that they did.

GoogleExtremely impressed with the Chris George estate agent team in Thrapston. From the start they were professional. We agreed a sale price that was right for the market and our house unlike other estate agents who always seem to over price then knock thousands off weeks later. The photography was a 3rd party professional used by Chris George and the photos online stood out from other agents photos. In addition they really took time writing about the house, again I’ve seen many others that write minimal reviews of the houses they are selling. Communication with the team was always good and feedback from viewings prompt. And best of all we sold our house at the asking price. Thoroughly recommend you get Chris George Thrapston to discuss the selling of your home if you’re looking at local agents.

GoogleWell we didn’t sell our house with this agent but we bought one of the properties they had for sale. The after sales manager Amanda McGeorge was amazing. She kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and really went above and beyond to make sure things went as well as they can. I would definitely recommend them for your journey through house buying/selling.

Brilliant sales person which didn’t do us any favours as we were buyers but nevertheless it shows her commitment to achieving the very best result for the seller; and absolutely instrumental at every stage of the process thereafter through to exchange which took some of the pain out of the process. Anyone looking for a straightforward sale/purchase experience should consider GC!
