GoogleNoise pollution from unprotected pump running all night. Yes it has to run to prevent the flooding of nearby residents homes but it should have a proper acoustic baffle to prevent unnecessary noise pollution. No response from the sales office one phone message and two texts shocking customer service at least acknowledge the complaint.

This company left a mound full of weeds for nearly 2 years behind a vulnerable persons garden. They have ruined the garden by doing this and refuse to put it right. Avoid this company at all costs.

Appalling company. Appalling service. Refuse to allow any changes even with a freehold as they "reserve the right".This should be illegal as a freeholder should not require permission from anybody but themselves as the homeowner. Disgusting.
